Often in the process of creating strategic communications, we
begin to see how those who are involved with or deliver
services could use some additional training to improve their
offerings and align them with marketing objectives.

Our trainings can be done in large group or small personalized
settings. Miki Young, who is an outstanding facilitator, has
taught at St.Joseph’s, Wharton Small Business Development
Center, Temple University, and LaSalle College.
